Performance parameters of rubber gaskets

Main technical parameters of rubber gaskets:

Product name, operating temperature, operating pressure, common specifications.

Nitrile rubber gasket 51℃~121℃ Pressure < 2.5 MPa DN15~DN400

Fluorine rubber gasket -30℃~200℃ Pressure < 3.0 MPa DN15~DN400

Natural rubber gasket -57℃~93℃ Pressure < 2.5 MPa DN15~DN400

Chloroprene rubber gasket -51℃~121℃ Pressure < 2.5 MPa DN15~DN400

Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber gasket -57℃~176℃ Pressure < 2.5 MPa DN15~DN400

Silicone rubber gasket -100℃~300℃ Pressure < 3.0 MPa DN15~DN400

Rubber gaskets: NBR, SBR, CR, EPDM…

Rubber gaskets resist oil, acids, alkalis, heat, and aging. You can cut them into various shapes of sealing gaskets. Industries such as pharmaceutical, electronic, chemical, anti-static, flame-retardant, food, and others use them.

Silicone rubber gasket (WMQ):

Silicone rubber resists high and low temperatures. It stays elastic from -70℃ to +260℃. It also has the advantages of ozone resistance and weather resistance. Silicone rubber gasket is suitable for use as a sealing gasket in thermal machinery. It is non-toxic. So, manufacturers can use it to make thermal insulation, insulating products, and medical rubber products. It is also water-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant. It conducts electricity and resists wear and oil.

Nitrile rubber gasket (NBR):

It is a polymer made by emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber gaskets have excellent oil resistance. They are not resistant to ketones, esters, or chlorinated hydrocarbons. They also have good wear resistance, aging resistance, and airtightness.

Fluorine rubber gasket (FPM):

It resists high temperatures, and users can use it in environments ranging from -30℃ to +250℃. Fluorine rubber gasket is resistant to strong oxidants, oil, and acid and alkali. It is usually used in high-temperature, high-vacuum, high-pressure, and oil environments. Fluorine rubber has many excellent properties.

Other rubber gaskets:

Gaskets made of chloroprene rubber (CR), natural rubber (NR), ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), acrylate rubber, and other special rubbers. They resist oil, acid, alkali, wear, and extreme temperatures. Application scope: machinery, electrical, instrumentation, hydraulic systems, pipeline systems. We can design and manufacture custom-shaped sealing gaskets according to customer requirements.
